1. RETURN POLICY (Refurbished Products Only)

Returns are accepted only for refurbished products. Customers may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be in the same condition as received
• The product must not show signs of misuse or damage
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
• The original purchase invoice must be provided

If approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY (Refurbished Products Only)

Exchanges are accepted only for refurbished products within 10 calendar days from delivery.

Exchange Conditions

• The product must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above
• Exchanges may be made for:
• Another refurbished product of equal value
• A higher-value product (customer pays the difference)
• A lower-value product (price difference will be refunded)

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the package was received in good visible condition.

If the product shows visible damage at the time of delivery, it must be refused immediately and reported to us. Claims for concealed defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

4. WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period:

• Manufacturing defects will be repaired or the faulty part replaced at no charge
• The decision to repair or replace is at the discretion of Euro Trade

Warranty Exclusions

• Accidental damage (drops, shocks, water exposure, weather damage)
• Damage caused by improper use or misuse
• Damage due to voltage fluctuations or improper electrical connections
• Products opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Absence of original purchase invoice
• Software issues or operating system problems

Limited Coverage Items

• Adapters/chargers are excluded from warranty
• Batteries carry a limited 3-month warranty

5. IMPORTANT NOTICE

Euro Trade reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

• يجب أن تكون جميع العبوات الأصلية والملحقات والكتيبات والبطاقات سليمة
• يجب تقديم فاتورة الشراء الأصلية

إذا تم الموافقة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية. رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا.

يتم قبول الاستبدال للمنتجات المجددة فقط خلال 10 أيام تقويمية من التسليم.

شروط الاستبدال

• يجب أن يستوفي المنتج نفس شروط الأهلية المذكورة أعلاه
• يمكن استبدال المنتج بـ:
• منتج مجدد آخر بنفس القيمة
• منتج ذو قيمة أعلى (على العميل دفع الفرق)
• منتج ذو قيمة أقل (سيتم رد الفرق المالي)

3. المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

يجب على العملاء فحص الطلب عند التسليم. توقيع إيصال التسليم يؤكد استلام الطرد بحالة جيدة ومرئية.

إذا ظهر تلف واضح في المنتج عند التسليم، يجب رفضه فوراً وإبلاغنا. يجب الإبلاغ عن العيوب المخفية خلال 24 ساعة من التسليم. عدم الإبلاغ ضمن هذه الفترة قد يؤدي إلى رفض الطلب.

4. سياسة الضمان

ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، تخضع المنتجات لضمان محدود لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ الشراء.

خلال فترة الضمان:

• سيتم إصلاح العيوب التصنيعية أو استبدال الجزء المعطل دون أي رسوم
• يتم اتخاذ قرار الإصلاح أو الاستبدال حسب تقدير شركة يورو تريد

استثناءات الضمان

• الأضرار العرضية (سقوط، صدمات، تعرض للماء، أضرار الطقس)
• الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام
• الأضرار الناتجة عن تقلبات الجهد أو التوصيلات الكهربائية غير الصحيحة
• المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو تعديلها أو إصلاحها من قبل أطراف غير مصرح بها
• غياب فاتورة الشراء الأصلية
• مشاكل البرامج أو نظام التشغيل

الأصناف ذات التغطية المحدودة

• المحولات/الشواحن غير مشمولة بالضمان
• البطاريات مشمولة بضمان محدود لمدة 3 أشهر

5. إشعار مهم

"Euro Trade" تحتفظ شركة
  بحقها في فحص المنتجات المعادة قبل الموافقة على أي إرجاع أو استبدال. نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب إرجاع لا يتوافق مع هذه السياسة.
