Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Return policy is only applied on refurbished products.

We have a 10-day return policy; meaning that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Money refund is acceptable that's mean that we will return your money. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as
received. Items that are used are eligible for return only if all tags and
packages are in a good condition. You’ll also need the receipt of purchase.

We have a 10-day exchange policy; meaning that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange to another product.

Money refund is acceptable,  you may return or exchange to another refurbished product with the same value or a higher value by paying the difference, and if the value was less, we will return the money.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception. Signing the delivery receipt means that you received your
order free of impurities and defects. If not satisfied with the product, rejection should be done immediately on site, and kindly contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary action.

Warranty

The products warranty provided by Euro Trade company covers a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
All faulty parts will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge during the warranty period.

* Adapters (chargers) are excluded from warranty.
* Batteries are under 3 months warranty.
* There is no warranty on operating system and installed software.

Warranty exclusion:
* The warranty doesn’t apply to any breach caused by:
- Damage to the product due to a fall accident, weather conditions, extreme
temperatures, shock and improper use.
- Damage as a result of connection to irregular voltage sources.
- Opening, modifying and repairing the product by a party not authorized by us.
- Absence of purchase invoice.
